What to bring
- Bring your own cushions and/or back-jack for comfortable sitting
- Bring a yoga mat for lying-down practice and standing
- Bring water and snacks for breaks
House Rules & Etiquette of the Dojo:
- Respect the Dojo space!
- No shoes on the mat – barefoot or socks ok
- No food or drinks on the mat
- Masks optional / come another time if you are ill
- In respect for others, please test the day of the retreat
