You are welcome to signup for this offering until the last day of class. For those who join late, you will be provided with recordings of past classes and invited to join the upcoming classes in a live Zoom broadcast. Videos will be available for 3 months for review.
Centered in the Storm
Being centered is a fluid and evolving, ever-changing process, not a fixed or rigid state. It is also the flexibility and adaptability skills in life’s changing conditions. The challenges of our times are many and complex. Therefore, genuine integral practice has never been more critical and relevant.
Centering in the Storm is a 21-day transformation cycle connecting us with the resources of being and the skills of embodied presence.

- Feeling from Center
- Listening from Center
- Choosing Response in challenging conditions
Join us for this life-affirming cycle of practice and integrating direct self-knowledge. All sessions will be recorded and are reviewable.
